Natural Methods Of Curing Sciatic Pain
I have been suffering from Sciatic pain for several years now. If you are suffering from sciatic pain you know exactly what I am talking about. Sleepless nights with your foot and calf muscle pounding and simply now way to get comfortable. Driving for long periods of time with the pain running down your leg and again no way to really be comfortable.
I have been on some very strong perstription medication for this to help with the pain but it only seems to mask the pain. I no longer do this because this method of treatment is not a lasting method. If you are doing the same, then again you know exactly what I am talking about.
A few months ago I hurt my back lifting something at work. This really made the sciatic pain worse also. I don’t know exactly how or when I did it because it really didn’t start hurting

Facet joint syndrome, is most commonly compared to a form of arthritis. Facet joints are found in the spine. Like other forms of arthritis it is a breakdown of the fluids or cartilage surrounding the joint thus giving the effect of bone on bone movement which causes pain in the joint.
